Tarot Cards and Manifestation: A Perfect Match

We can ask the Tarot to give us guidance on where we’re heading and what we might want to focus on but one of the big problems I see in people who work with the Tarot is that we allow it to stop there.

The Tarot can give us huge guidance in our life but combining it with a force such as manifestation and the Law of Attraction supercharges our Tarot readings.

We go from just getting hints or being pointed in the right direction to getting control of the reigns and telling the world where we’re heading.

I’ve outlined a specific manifestation tarot spread that you can use with your own practice.

Why Tarot Cards and the Law of Attraction Work So Well Together

Tarot and AffirmationsI sometimes see people falling into the trap of just asking the Tarot what is going to happen or asking when something will happen.

There’s nothing wrong with this as long as you’re also taking accountability.

If you allow Tarot cards to guide you on your journey and actively work towards what you want then it can be a powerful tool. If you’re just sitting back and waiting for the universe to hand it over to you… you might be waiting a while.

And I see people make this mistake every single day.

As a Tarot reader, this pains me. I’m constantly trying to tell people to take a more proactive approach to a Tarot spread. Learn good questions to ask the Tarot and don’t force it to give answers it doesn’t want to give.

Allow the cards to guide you. Allow them to tell you what you should be doing and not just what you should be waiting for.

I can promise you, it’s worth it.

What Is Manifestation?

Manifestation is the process of deliberately creating what one wants, be it positive or negative. Controlling your thoughts, feelings and attitudes to reform the universe around you to bring your desires closer toward you.

It is not an overnight magic button that is going to instantly give you every wish and desire but it’s probably one of the biggest ways to get control of your life and invoke real lasting change without just winning the lottery.

It might have been brought more into the limelight with things like the Law of Attraction and The Secret but the process and rationale have been around for a long, long time.

I, personally, practice scripting manifestation often. The simple process of writing affirmations in the present tense. Reprogramming the lower levels of my mind to believe something has already happened and, therefore, shapes my behavior.

For example, when I first started writing on Tarot Guru and trying to share my experience and spreads I used manifestation to help make the site popular. My scripting manifestation looked something like this:

I’m so glad the Tarot Guru is helping people get the most from the Tarot.

At the time, I didn’t have a single reader. But affirmations like this changed my mindset and made it easier to continue to work on my guides and Tarot ability.

I made it crystal clear to the universe that this was going to happen. The Tarot Guru was going to help people get the most from their spreads. And here we are.

The Law of Attraction states that like attracts like and we attract what we think about most of the time. The Law says that our thoughts are drawn to things with a similar vibration and frequency, so in other words, we tend to attract what we’re thinking about most of the time.

Using Tarot and Affirmations Together

Tarot cards and affirmations work well together to help us achieve our dreams in as short a time as possible.

Affirmations or whatever manifestation technique speaks to you personally give you the power to shape and control your destiny while a well-purposed Tarot spread helps you know where you should be focusing your time and energy.

Affirmations help you focus on the positive aspects of yourself, your life, or things around you. Tarot cards can also provide valuable insight into what is going on in your life. It’s a perfect combination and one that has been far too often overlooked.
